古隆拉贾帕克西公司（GGRP）的净销售额将在 2022 年上升 40

Steel producer issuer, PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk, recorded an impressive performance throughout 2022. In the financial report for the fiscal year 2022 released on Thursday (16/3), this issuer with stock code GGRP recorded positive growth from the top-line perspective throughout the past year.
Quoting the company's financial report, GGRP's net sales grew by 40% to reach US$ 945.49 million in 2022. In the previous year, the company's net sales amounted to only US$ 721.80 million.
GGRP's net sales in 2022 consisted of US$ 656.84 million from the sales of sheet steel and its derivatives, and US$ 288.65 million from the sales of long steel and its derivatives.
Both segments achieved growth of 23.45% and 52.11%, respectively, compared to the net sales in 2021.
The increase in sales figures also led to an increase in the company's cost of goods sold during the past year. It increased by 38.91%, from US$ 616.99 million in 2021 to US$ 857.10 million in 2022.
On the other hand, the company managed to reduce one expense item, which is selling expenses. As of December 31, 2022, GGRP's selling expenses amounted to US$ 5.93 million, a decrease of 11.53% from US$ 6.71 million as of December 31, 2021.
Meanwhile, general and administrative expenses experienced a 10.64% annual increase, from US$ 21.88 million to US$ 24.21 million.
Despite the increase in net sales, GGRP's net profit saw a slight decline in the past year.
As of the end of December 2022, GGRP's net profit for the year was recorded at US$ 58.40 million, a decrease from US$ 61.89 million in 2021.
