How To Become Our Supplier

Our company procures a wide a range of goods and services from suppliers. All suppliers, their employees and subcontractors must follow the Supplier Code of Conduct and  Company Policy, when doing business with us. We welcome prospective suppliers to apply to become our partner.

Supplier registration process:

Identify Category > Submit Registration Form and Mandatory Documents > Document Verifications > Relevant Users and Management Approval > Supplier Creation in System

The following are the preliminary prerequisites, paperwork that must be completed/prepared, to become a supplier:

  1. Domicile Certificate
  2. NIB OSS Permit
  3. SIUP OSS Permit
  4. Company NPWP
  5. Deed of Establishment and amendments (if any)
  6. Letter of the Minister of Law and Human Rights
  7. ID card of the Management (President Director)
  8. NPWP Management (President Director)
  9. Statement of Account
  10. Letter of Confirmation of a Taxable Entrepreneur.
  11. Certificate of Registration of the Director General of Taxes

After completing the aforementioned paperwork, several papers need to be filled out.:

  1. Statement Letter if you become a Scrap Supplier
  2. New Vendor Checklist
  3. Vendor Account Statement
  4. Vendor Master Form
  5. Bilingual Scrap Vendor Integrity Pact
