Cikarang Barat, August 10, 2023 — As a concrete step in supporting quality education development and community well-being, PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) inaugurated the renovated Sukadanau 01 State Elementary School (SDN) building. The inauguration was attended by Acting Regent of Bekasi, Dr. H Dani Ramdan MT, members of the Bekasi Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), President Director of GRP Argo Sangkaeng, and the Board of Directors. This initiative is a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program called "GRP Peduli", which has involved various efforts to enhance the quality of life for communities in the company's operational area.
Education is acknowledged as a crucial foundation in shaping the nation's future, and this sentiment is also reflected in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2030, particularly the goal of Quality Education. GRP recognizes how important education is, especially with Indonesia predicted to reach a golden generation era by 2045. GRP acknowledges the significance of providing suitable educational facilities for the community around the company's operational area.
Through this inauguration, GRP has articulated its commitment to actively participate sustainably in social and educational development in Indonesia. President Director of GRP, Argo Sangkaeng, stated, “Through our 'GRP Peduli' CSR program, we strive to contribute to realizing a brighter future for the community around us. The renovation of Sukadanau 01 State Elementary School building is a concrete step towards advancing education and providing an inspiring learning environment for the future generations.”

The renovation of Sukadanau 01 State Elementary School building, which took approximately 4 months and involved around 470 million Indonesian Rupiah, is expected to have a significant positive impact on students and the surrounding community. The newly renovated building will provide a better and more comfortable learning environment, thus fostering students' enthusiasm for achieving their aspirations.
“We hope that the renovation of Sukadanau 01 State Elementary School building and the various CSR efforts implemented by GRP will provide long-term benefits for students and the community and serve as an inspiration for the industry to contribute to community well-being,” concluded Argo.
