有效落实良好公司治理，GRP荣获“最佳披露与透明度”奖
Cikarang Barat, September 19, 2023 - PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) has successfully received the Top 50 Emitents award for the best corporate governance practices in the "Best Disclosure and Transparency" MidCap category at the 14th IICD CG Conference & Award 2023, organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD). GRP was recognized for providing clear and transparent information to shareholders and relevant stakeholders. The award was presented to Kandi Priharsi, Chief Transformation Officer of GRP, at the Financial Hall, Graha CIMB Niaga on September 18, 2023.
The IICD CG Conference & Award is an event that introduces and appreciates emitters who have implemented good corporate governance practices (GCG). This year's theme is "Improving Quality Reporting to Encourage Stakeholders Engagement." The selection of award recipients was based on the assessment of the 200 emitters with the largest market capitalization listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The assessment method used was the Asean CG Scorecard, which consisted of 100 emitters in the BigCap category and 100 emitters in the MidCap category, supported by experienced assessors in the Asean CG Scorecard.
Argo Sangkaeng, President Director of GRP, commented on this achievement by saying, "We are extremely grateful for the award we received in the 'Best Disclosure and Transparency' category for MidCap companies from IICD. This recognition is tangible evidence of GRP's commitment to implementing Good Corporate Governance standards effectively in corporate governance. In this year's event, there were 11 award categories, including Leadership in Corporate Governance, The Best CG Overall, The Best Financial Sector, The Best Non-Financial Sector, The Best SOE/BUMN, The Best Rights of Shareholders, The Best Equitable Treatment of Shareholders, The Best Role of Stakeholders, The Best Disclosure & Transparency, The Best Responsibility of the Boards, and The Most Improved. This is the second consecutive year that GRP has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Emitents in the MidCap category for the best corporate governance. Last year, GRP was also honored as one of the Top 50 MidCap Emitents in the "Best Equitable Treatment of Shareholders" category, recognizing companies that have implemented equal treatment guarantees for shareholders.
