Mr. Kimin Tanoto

Chairman of the Executive Committee

Mr. Kimin is the Executive Chairman of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP). He has transformed GRP from a local, family-owned steel manufacturer into a regional leader in low-carbon steel, securing major investments, including the International Financial Corporation’s first investment in Asian steel in over a decade.

With a strong belief that industrial progress and environmental responsibility must go hand in hand, Mr. Kimin has championed sustainability initiatives that position GRP at the forefront of the industry’s green transition. His strategic direction has also led to the successful carve-out of GRP’s structural steel business to Japan’s Yamato Kogyo, Hanwa, and Thailand’s Siam Yamato Steel, strengthening market competitiveness and maximizing shareholder value.

He is dedicated to enhancing the Indonesian steel industry’s global competitiveness and has served as the former Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Iron and Steel Association. He completed his Bachelor of Industrial Management from Cornell University and is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Hokkien, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Mr. Fedaus

President Director

Indonesian citizen, 56 years old, Mr. Fedaus graduated with a Bachelor of Economy Management from Tarumanegara University Jakarta, Indonesia. Prior to joining PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (“the Company”), he worked as Customer Support for PT Percomp Micro System (1990-1991); Logistics & Purchasing Manager PT Uni Makmur Electrica (1991-1993); Procurement Manager of PT Jakarta Cakratunggal Steel Mills (1996-1999); Central Purchasing Manager, Procurement & Logistic Manager, Supply Chain Planning Manager & Corporate Operation Manager PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk (2000-2013), Senior Regulatory & External Engagement Manager PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk (British American Tobacco) (2015-2020).

He has held the position of Director of the Company since August 20, 2021, has held the position of President Director of the Company based on the Decision Statement of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 17, 2023.

Mr. Biplab Kumar Dutta

Director

India citizen, 67 years old. Mr. Biplab Kumar Dutta, graduated with a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. Prior to joining PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (the “Company”), he worked as Factory Manager for PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk Surabaya (1997-2000); Deputy General Manager of Hot Rolling Mill Operations Lloyd Steel India Ltd, Maharastra, India (1993-1997); Manager of Hot Rolling Mill, Bhilai Steel Plant, Sail, India (1980-1993).

He has held the position of Chief Operational Officer of PT Gunung Garuda and the Company since 2000, has served as Director of the Company from 2019 to February 10, 2020 and has again held the position of Director of the Company from 02 September 2020, and still serves as Director of the Company based on the Decision Statement of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 16, 2023.

Mr.Roymond

Director

Indonesian citizen, 39 years old. Mr. Roymond graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Tarumanegara University and holds a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining the Company, he served as Manager of Capital Market and Accounting Advisory Services at KAP Tanudiredja, Wibisana dan Rekan (PwC Indonesia), December 2012 – September 2020 and Senior Associate at PT Infinity Capital, December 2009 – December 2012.

He joined as Deputy CFO of the Company in 2020 and served as Director of the Company since June 17, 2022 and still serves as Director of the Company based on the Decision Statement of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 16, 2023.

Mr. Kelvin Fu

Chief Transformation Officer

Kelvin is the Chief Transformation Officer at PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP). His responsibilities include driving change management, overseeing strategic realignment, guiding the transformation of business goals, process optimization, and technological advancement to achieve substantial turnarounds. His leadership has played a crucial role in elevating GRP's performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Kelvin holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the National University of Singapore, a Master’s in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and an M.B.A. from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. He is an active member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Mr. Daniel Zhang

Chief Strategy Officer & Chief China Representative

Daniel is the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief China Representative. Previously Daniel was the global strategy lead of one of Cargill's global animal nutrition groups, leading a number of global and regional strategy projects with a focus on organic and inorganic growth initiatives. In his earlier role at Cargill, he was the Head of M&A in China covering Cargill's M&A projects for all business units in the country.

Before joining Cargill, Daniel was an Executive VP and Board Secretary of a leading listed agriculture company in China, where he led various functions, including Strategy & Business Development, the BoD Office & Investor Relations, Legal, Internal Audit and Financing. Daniel's earlier career spanned 12 years with PwC in Australia and China, specializing in M&A Advisory mostly in China-Overseas cross-border deals.

Daniel has experience in several industries and with different types of organizations in Asian and Western countries. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
