Mr. William Taniwan

President Commissioner

Mr. William Taniwan was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30, 2025. With over 15 years of leadership experience, he brings a global perspective and a proven track record in the steel and construction industries.

He also serves as Commissioner at PT Pacific Capital Sejahtera, PT Gunung Steel Construction, PT Batura Mas, and PT Total Solusi Konstruksi, and is an active member of the Board of Advisory in various organizations.

Previously, Mr. William held the position of General Manager of Human Resources at Gunung Steel Group, where he played a key role in driving organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.

He holds university degrees from California State University of Northridge, USA and Santa Monica College, USA, and has built a career defined by operational excellence, strategic foresight, and a strong commitment to corporate growth.

Mrs. Milian

Commissioner

Mrs. Milian was appointed as Commissioner of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30, 2025. With over a decade of experience in administrative and operational roles in Malaysia and the United States, she brings valuable insight into business process optimization and organizational efficiency.

Her expertise in day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination strengthens GRP’s efforts to drive strategic growth and enhance operational performance. Mrs. Milian holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Missouri, USA.

Mrs. Siumin Lie

Commissioner

Mrs. Siumin Lie was appointed as Commissioner of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30, 2025. She brings over 15 years of experience in strategic leadership, corporate development, and investment management.

She currently serves as Director of PT Gunung Balaraja and PT Gunung Balaraja Dua since 2022, and as Director of PT Inti Kencana Investment since 2008. Previously, she held the position of Commissioner at PT Gunung Raja Paksi from 2008 to 2020, contributing to the company’s early growth and transformation.

Mrs. Siumin Lie holds a university degree from California State University of Northridge, USA, and completed her earlier education in Singapore and the United States, including at Concordia University Wisconsin.

Mr. Edward Hasan

Commissioner

Mr. Edward Hasan was appointed as Commissioner of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30, 2025. With over two decades of experience in engineering, systems development, and technology strategy, he brings a strong technical and operational background to support GRP’s long-term innovation and growth.

He previously served as a member of GRP’s Board of Commissioners from 2020 to 2023, playing a key role in overseeing the company’s transformation from private to public. He also held the role of Technical Advisor to GRP from 2011 to 2019, guiding critical IT system implementations. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and technical roles in the U.S., including as CEO of Northern Green Plaine LLC, and as Systems Analyst and Software Engineer at global firms.

Mr. Edward Hasan holds both a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

Mr. Dikdik Sugiharto

Independent Commissioner

Mr. Dikdik Sugiharto was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30, 2025. He brings over 30 years of experience in auditing, consulting, and corporate governance, with a strong focus on strategic advisory and risk management.

He currently serves on the Audit Committee of several public companies, including PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk, PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk, and PT Barito Renewable Energy. He is also the Independent Commissioner of PT Palma Serasih Tbk and Director of Deltaplus Consulting.

Mr. Dikdik previously held senior leadership roles at Andersen, where he led the Energy and Mining Industry practice. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. His leadership and governance expertise contribute to GRP’s long-term strategic direction.

Mr. Sahat Tamba

Independent Commissioner

Mr. Sahat Tamba was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP) at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30, 2025. He brings over two decades of legal experience, specializing in corporate law, restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings.

He has served as a legal consultant for various national companies, including Gunung Steel Group (2000–2020), PT Totalindo Eka Persada, and PT Nutek Indonesia. He has also acted as curator and legal counsel in numerous PKPU (debt suspension) and bankruptcy cases, providing him with a deep understanding of Indonesia’s corporate legal landscape.

Mr. Sahat holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat and a Master of Law degree from Universitas Jayabaya. His legal expertise adds strategic value to GRP’s business continuity and corporate oversight.
