Notification of the Resignation of the Company's President Director

Dear Sir/Madam,
We hereby inform all stakeholders of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (the "Company") that on April 13, 2020, Mr. Leonardus Salim has resigned as President Director of the Company due to health reason.
The Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") of the Company which date will be decided later to determine, among other things, to appoint the new President Director of the Company to replace Mr. Leonardus Salim.
Until the AGM is held, the Company appoints Mr. Abednedju Giovano Warani Sangkaeng to carry out the obligations of the President Director of the Company and have the same authority and responsibilities as the President Director. Henceforth, operational management will continue to run smoothly in the financial, procurement, sales, production and other operational functions. Whereas the financial function coordinated by Mr. Budi Legowo and the procurement & sales function coordinated by Mr. Philippe Lefevre.
The Company would like to thank for the cooperation that has been carried out by Mr. Leonardus Salim during his tenure as President Director of the Company and wishes the best for the future of Mr. Leonardus Salim.
