PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk has obtained an Operational Permit and Operational Mobility
The Ministry of Industry (KementerianPerindustrian) continues to encourage the ease and smooth operation of the industrial sector, including when the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) are implemented to reduce the spread of Covid-19. In order to keep the industry running and productive, during the emergency response period of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Industry urged the company or industry to be able to obtain an operational permit.
"In the health emergencies due to the Covid-19 community, industrial companies and industrial estate companies can continue to carry out their business activities by having operational licenses and mobility of industrial activities, both for factory operations, office administration, and mobility of industrial activities related to raw materials, supporting materials, finished goods, and workers, "said Industry Minister AgusGumiwangKartasasmita in Jakarta, Friday (10/4).
The Minister of Industry's directives regarding the company's obligation to have an operational permit during the Covid-19 pandemic emergency response period are outlined in the Minister of Industry circular number 7 of 2020 concerning the submission of applications for licensing for the implementation of industrial activities during the Covid-19 public health emergency.
Currently PT Gunung Raja PaksiTbk as a business entity has obtained an operating permit as directed by the Ministry of Industry (KementerianPerindustrian) Number: 00209, as stated in the following attachment.
